Accessibility Statement
Last updated: July 8, 2026
Alectronic Solutions is committed to ensuring our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the requirements of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
Our Commitment
We actively work to:
- Provide text alternatives for non-text content
- Ensure all functionality is available via keyboard navigation
- Maintain sufficient color contrast ratios throughout the site
- Use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes where appropriate
- Ensure forms are labeled and error messages are descriptive
- Avoid content that flashes more than three times per second
- Support screen readers and assistive technologies
Known Limitations
We completed a full site-wide accessibility audit and remediation pass in July 2026, covering keyboard navigation, focus management, color contrast, form validation, and reduced-motion support. We are not aware of any outstanding WCAG 2.1 AA barriers, but no automated or manual review catches everything. If you encounter any accessibility barriers, please let us know using the contact details below.
ADA Compliance for Client Sites
ADA compliance is included in our Growth and Full-Stack plans. We build client websites with accessibility best practices built in, not bolted on, including proper heading structure, alt text, form labels, and keyboard navigability.
Feedback and Contact
We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site. If you experience any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us:
- Email: [email protected]
- Subject line: “Accessibility Feedback”
We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 2 business days.
Formal Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the relevant supervisory authority in your jurisdiction. In the United States, the Department of Justice handles ADA-related complaints.
