Alectronic Solutions is my one-person web design studio in Lodi, California. No account managers, no outsourcing, no ticket queues. You work directly with the person who designs, builds, hosts, and maintains your site.
I’m a U.S. Army veteran with a B.S. in Information Technology and a background in IT support, so your site gets built by someone trained to keep it secure, reliable, and running.
Why I do this
I started Alectronic Solutions to help small businesses get more out of their websites and to fix the old, clunky government ones. I’m a service-disabled veteran, and the business is a California certified Small Business (Micro) and DVBE. My day job is IT support, so I care about sites that are secure and just work. Honestly, I love building a new site and going over every detail until it looks right on every device.
Technical training. Practical support experience.
My background includes technical support, customer onboarding, project coordination, and process improvement. That experience shapes how I explain decisions, organize a project, and support the people using the finished site. It's also why I write plain-English guides for business owners on the blog.
I earned my B.S. in Information Technology from Western Governors University in 2024. From 2022 to 2023 I worked as a contractor for a California state agency, auditing claims and handling confidential records under established procedures. The person behind the work
What I do
I offer three managed website plans built around an agreed scope: a custom website, hosting, SSL, security upkeep, SEO groundwork, routine content updates, and direct website support. Backup and monitoring arrangements are specified in your proposal. I bring that work together with one direct point of contact.
Being a one-person studio is a feature, not a limitation. Nothing gets handed off, lost between departments, or explained twice. The person who answers the phone is the person who wrote the code. That keeps communication direct and project responsibilities clear.

Before this, I drove trucks for the Army
I served in the U.S. Army from 2006 to 2011 as an 88M Motor Transport Operator, and I left with an honorable discharge. Alectronic Solutions is service-disabled veteran owned.
What carried over wasn't technical. It was owning the job in front of you, and doing what you said you would do on the day you said it. That's why this is a one-person studio.
