Upon full payment for a completed project, clients receive ownership of their custom website design and content as specified in their service agreement. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment Terms
Monthly subscription plans are billed in advance. Annual plans are billed in full at the start of the term. All fees are non-refundable except as described in the cancellation policy below.
Cancellation
Month-to-month plans may be cancelled at any time with 30 days written notice. Annual plans may be cancelled with a prorated refund for unused months, minus a 10% early termination fee. Cancellation requests must be submitted to [email protected].
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and all services are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Results from SEO and marketing services are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alectronic Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Alectronic Solutions from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of our services.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sacramento County, California.
