Any setup fees or surprise costs?
No setup fee. Design, launch, and your plan's services are included. Custom features, paid tools, photography, and ads are quoted separately and only go ahead with your approval. Monthly billing starts when your site goes live.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Give 30 days' notice and I'll help you make a smooth transition. Hosting, monitoring, and support end when your plan ends.
What stays mine if I leave?
Your domain, business accounts, and content stay yours. I'll export your site content and help transfer the domain and accounts you own.
How soon can we launch?
Most standard sites launch within a week of onboarding, once I have your information and approvals. Larger builds and custom features get a timeline up front.
How do I get my site updated?
Email me what you need. Every plan includes unlimited pages and content updates for normal day-to-day business use. Bigger redesigns and custom features are scoped separately before work begins.
Can I change plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade as your needs change. I'll confirm the new plan and timing before your next billing cycle.
