Site-file ownership qualifies after 12 monthly payments or an optional early buyout; annual payment qualifies after completion and approval. After the first 12 months, maintenance drops to $33/month for hosting, SSL, and routine updates.

We agree the launch pages, layouts, and features in writing. Every plan includes copy drafted from your business facts, licensed stock-image sourcing, and a scoped starter logo when needed.
Routine updates and ordinary new pages are included within scope. Individual requests usually take 2–3 business days; larger batches are scheduled together. Major redesigns, custom development, full branding, photography, email campaigns, and listings and citation work are quoted separately.
Domain, email, and paid-tool fees are paid directly to providers unless your proposal says otherwise. Editing is managed for you; a customer-editable CMS is scoped separately. Strategy calls are available as needed.

Your total includes the build and the first 12 months of your chosen management level, itemized in the proposal. Pay 50% to start and 50% after approval, before launch and handover. The management year begins at launch.
After full payment and approval, the completed site files are yours, subject to reusable-tool and third-party license exclusions. After the included year, maintenance continues at $33/month for hosting, SSL, and routine updates unless you cancel or move the site.

Managed subscriptions have no setup fee, and billing begins at launch. We agree scope and provider fees in writing. Custom development, major redesigns, full branding, photography, email campaigns, and listings and citation work are separately quoted and require your approval.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. There is no obligation to pay the remaining months unless you choose an early file buyout. Hosting and support end with the service. Annual and one-time quotes identify the build and service allocations in advance: delivered build work is nonrefundable, while unused management months are refundable.
What stays mine if I leave?
Your domain, accounts, and business content are always yours. Monthly customers qualify for the completed, approved site files after 12 completed payments, or may buy out early at the original monthly rate multiplied by the remaining payments. Tier changes do not restart the count or change that original buyout rate. Annual customers qualify after upfront payment and completion/approval. After your first 12 months, maintenance continues at $33/month for hosting, SSL, and routine updates unless you cancel or move the site. Reusable tools and third-party licenses retain their own terms.
How soon can we launch?
Most standard websites launch within a week after the required information, assets, access, and approvals arrive. You approve the design and then the completed preview. Revisions within the agreed scope continue through approval; a new direction or added features are quoted separately. Delays pause the schedule, and subscription billing still begins at launch.
How do I get my site updated?
Email your request. Routine content updates and ordinary new pages within the agreed scope are included, with realistic scheduling. Individual requests usually take 2–3 business days; larger batches get a shared schedule. Major redesigns and custom features are quoted separately. Advanced prioritizes routine requests, without promising same-day completion.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. We confirm the scope, new price, and timing before the billing change. After you qualify for ownership, I proactively offer the site files and documentation. Maintenance then continues at $33/month for hosting, SSL, and routine updates, or you can cancel and move the site. A future rebuild has its own terms and does not revoke ownership of your existing site.
